The Inspection and certification include structural verification, NDT, Pressure equipment, PPE, electrical components, and operator assessment. We cater to the special client(s) requirement during Installation and commission Inspection especially water parks and comply with International standard(s) and local requirement(s).
Manufacturing
We carry out extensive quality verification for all types of the manufacturing industry.
The periodic inspection includes pressure equipment inspection.
In addition, key services are failure analysis, system verification, and safety training.
Chemical & Process
We cater to quality assurance and quality checks in terms of verification of product verification, ensuring safety in the pipeline, stacking, mobility, and calibration of process chambers and storage facilities.
Key services include design review, periodical and risk-based inspection, and process safety management.
Calibration of Instruments
We provide our services across the globe including but not limited to process Instrumentation such as Power Plants, Oil Storage Terminals, Food Processing Industries, Fabrication Industries, Logistic Companies, Oil drilling companies, Electro-Mechanical companies, MEP contractors, Facilities Management companies. etc.

We are specialized in providing specialist engineering consultancy dedicated to providing naval architecture, structural design, and analysis services to the marine, offshore, installation engineering, and renewable energy sectors.
Urban Development and Environment
We provide innovative solutions during the design, construction, and operation phase of the project. We inspect the lifting equipment, accessories, hazardous storage, EHS compliance, environmental attributes monitoring, and reporting

Competency and Trainings
Fairground and Amusement parks are considered to be one of the safest recreational activities for the common man.
However, the training and competence of the ride personnel included but were not limited to safety officers, ride operators, ride attendants, ride supervisors, ride technicians, soft play attendants, arcade game attendants, skilled game attendants, and rescue persons.
The effectiveness of the training is an integral part to facilitate the guest with thrill, fun, and excitement.
NDT training centre adopts a customized curriculum for the training that is in line with the amusement park formalized policies, Standard Operating Procedures(SOP), Risk Assessment, and the area of training park personnel. The curriculum includes theory and practical sessions.
The trainees are trained by high-end trainers indoors and outdoors. NDT provides training products, including education sessions, webinars, manuals, and videos, with the recent and updated latest standards and techniques discussed with the trainees. CAT 1: Safety Officer, CAT 2: Ride Operator, Supervisor, Attendant, CAT 3: Amusement Technician, CAT 4: Attendant (Soft Play, Skilled game, and Arcade game), and CAT 5: Rescue & Evacuation Personnel. Upon qualifying for the examination, trainees will receive a Certificate of compliance.
Rope Access
NDT is equipped with Rope Access technicians and provides specialized services to cater to all industries including but not limited to fairground and amusement, offshore oil and gas, power & petrochemical, natural environment, mechanical and electrical installation, blasting, and painting.
The Rope access technicians/ engineers are highly skilled and have all the required competencies in place. Rope access technicians are trained and certified by training institutions and the competency certificate is issued from competent organizations like IRATA( International Rope Access Trade Association).

NDT is capable to provide a feasibility study of the rides/ selection, rope access in logistics support, rope access in ride installation, rope access in ride dismantling, rope access in welding, cutting, grinding or ride components, rope access in Non-destructive Testing (NDT), installation of the ropes course, Installation of ziplines, installation of the climbing wall/ bouldering wall, installation of human slingshot/ canon, installation of giant swing, ropes access technicians in installation of the soft play area, and playground equipment.
